Our overwhelming passion is building the capabilities of people leaders. Supporting leaders to step into and develop their knowledge, to build the skills and their confidence to be the leaders that everyone they impact on want and needs them to be.
Focus includes increasing their self awareness and the impact they have. It is about a high definition understanding who they are and how they present to the world they interact with, where everything they do or do not do, everything that is overlooked or picked up, appreciated or glossed over sends a message! The crunch comes when they examine if these are the messages they are wanting to send!
The role that our physiology plays in influencing our effectiveness is also a clear fibre that connects every phase of the discovery and development continuum. Mindsets and the science of behaviour provides insights to the challenges we all face, which then directs the learning to exploring ways to connect the science and the world of people and organisations. It is always about understanding AND doing! Getting it and doing it!
Impacting on the quality of relationships is significantly impacted by the communication. Shifting the mindset from needing to 'be courageous' to just 'having conversations' is at the heart of what we encourage - normalising interactions about what is working and what needs to be changed.
The changes that our participants make are seen and felt!
Coaching Partner
Executive coaching relationships are structured around formulation of individual development priorities and outcome definition. Frequently these are difficult to define in terms of a SMART or CLEAR goal template, which in turn presents the client with escalating challenges to shift behaviour. Our approach is to start by creating a comprehensive understanding of what the desired growth, when achieved, would look and sound like. We then formulate clear strategies and action plans to guide and empower our clients to increase their effectiveness and thus claim greater growth and impact.
As a coach partner, the most significant role that we can play is in the creation and protection of a safe space and place where individuals and groups are encouraged to question, challenge, debate, reflect, create and collaborate to access higher levels of personal and group efficacy and therefore performance!
